Two different jobs live in this collection, and it's worth knowing which one you need. Everest's vanilla ice cream and lemon sorbet are proper scoopable formats, made to hold their shape in a cone or a dessert bowl. The Juice Bar range — also from Everest, in lemon, mango, raspberry and a neutral base — is built to blend, not scoop, and works in smoothies, shakes and frappés rather than on a dessert plate. Amazonia's acai (in pure, soft serve and scoopable formats) rounds out the range for smoothie bowls and acai bowls specifically.

• Scooping into a cone or bowl? Go with the 5L scoopable range, not Juice Bar.
• Running a smoothie or juice bar menu? Juice Bar 10L is built for exactly that.
• Acai bowls specifically? Amazonia's range is purpose-made for it.
