This is the range for a grazing board, a bagel, or anywhere a firmer block cheese would be the wrong texture.

Green Vie's crumbly Greek-style feta and grillable haloumi lead this collection, alongside NuDairy and Dibble's cream cheese and sour cream lines. Feta crumbles over salads and grazing boards, haloumi holds its shape on a grill (a genuinely useful trick most vegan cheeses can't manage), and the cream cheese and sour cream work as direct swaps in dips, bagels and Mexican-style dishes.
