Preparation & Storage
Storage: Cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 2 years from manufacture. Preparation: Use 1 heaped tsp per 500ml liquid. Sprinkle over cold liquid, stir, then bring gently to boil. Pour into moulds; sets in 2–4 hours chilled.
