- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Preparation: Start by hydrating the Lambless Pieces with the lamb style flavour sachet and 1L of water, following the package instructions. Ensure the pieces are well-drained after refrigerating for at least 12 hours.
- Marinate: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the hydrated lambless pieces and toss well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- Assemble: Thread the marinated lambless pieces onto skewers, alternating with pieces of red onion and bell pepper.
