Water, Soy Protein (19%), Vegetable Oil, Thickeners (Methylcellulose, Guar Gum), Pea Protein (2%), Yeast Extract, Beetroot Powder, Sea Salt, Natural Flavour, Caramel Colour (150a).

HOW TO COOK
*Cooking suggestions from frozen/thawed.

ON THE STOVETOP
Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp of oil. Cook vEEF® "Meatballs" for approx. 5 mins, turning often for even caramelisation, until crisp and warmed through.

IN THE OVEN
Pre-heat oven to 210°C. Bake vEEF® "Meatballs" uncovered for 12-15 mins until crisp and warmed through.

IN THE FRYER
Really want to impress? You can deep fry vEEF® "Meatballs" for extra crispiness in a good quality pot filled less than half the way up with oil. Heat oil to 180°C then fry "meatballs" until golden brown and warmed through.
