How to Use

Quick method: Warm the jackfruit straight from the pouch using any heating method (microwave, stovetop, steamer). Transfer to plate and serve as a filling for tacos, burritos, nachos, burgers, wraps or bowls. Can also serve chilled on salads.

Pan-fry for enhanced flavour: Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the jackfruit and pan-fry for 5–10 minutes until the sauce reduces and edges crisp slightly. Break up chunks with a wooden spoon for shredded consistency.
