INGREDIENTS: Lentilmilk (66%) (water, lentil protein), vegetable oils (31%), sugar, modified corn starch (1422), emulsifiers (sucrose esters of fatty acids, mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin), vegetable gums (guar gum, locust bean gum), natural flavours, salt, colour (beta-carotene).

Use like heavy whipping cream
Stable in heat - A smooth creamy result even if used in hot applications.
Bain Marie stable- Doesn’t separate or develop skin after 2 hours in Bain Marie (176 ° F which equals~ 80°C)
Stable in acidity – A smooth creamy result even if used in acidic applications.
Won’t split & no need to reduce
More volume when whipped- 25% more volume when whipped vs. regular whipping cream – can be stored up to 4 hours ambient and even longer chilled
Suitable for patisseries
Tips
Use straight from the pack like 36% dairy heavy whipping cream. Great for cooking, pouring, and whipping. Excellent performance in patisserie, mousses, puddings & desserts. Use with an electric mixer or whipping cream canister to top hot coffee drinks, waffles, desserts, or frozen drinks. Finish soups or sauces to add richness – ideal for creamy tomato soup, or traditional rose or vodka tomato sauce. Use as a base for soups and sauces like chowder, cream of mushroom, alfredo or bechamel. Use as a base for house-made dairy-free ice cream. The possibilities are endless!
