Keep frozen, refreezing is not recommended. Thaw before cooking.
OmniPork Ground Cooking Instructions
Thawing method:
8 hours in refrigerator or immerse sealed package in cold water until thawed. After thawing, cook within 48 hrs for best taste.
Season to taste and sauté for 3-5 mins. Cook until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 75°C
