Introducing Flora Professional Dairy Free Multipurpose Crème: a delicious plant-based, lactose-free & vegan blend with exceptionally rich & creamy taste, and superior performance versus regular dairy single 35-36.5% heavy whipping cream. Clean, neutral taste, to easily swap for heavy whipping cream in both savory and sweet menu applications. No reduction needed, and won’t split or curdle under high heat, acid, or alcohol applications.

Use straight from the pack like 36% dairy heavy whipping cream. Great for cooking, pouring, and whipping. Excellent performance in patisserie, mousses, puddings & desserts. Use with an electric mixer or whipping cream canister to top hot coffee drinks, waffles, desserts, or frozen drinks. Finish soups or sauces to add richness – ideal for creamy tomato soup, or traditional rose or vodka tomato sauce. Use as a base for soups and sauces like chowder, cream of mushroom, alfredo or bechamel. Use as a base for house-made dairy-free ice cream. The possibilities are endless!
